Computers are probably the single most important advancement to
modern society to date. But the one thing that no "database" or
"program" will tell you is...Where are they and what are they doing
right now?

Do you know where your wife is?

Do you know where your husband is?

Do you know where your business partner is stashing the money that
he or she embezzled?

Do you know where your child was taken by their non-custodial
parent?

Do you know what physical assets the person or company that you
have a judgement against, may have in their yard, storage locker, or
racetrack, or being kept by "a friend"?

Do you know if YOUR STALKER is on the way to your home or office
Right Now? Did he or she purchase a gun yesterday? Have they been
putting their "Final Affairs" in order? Do they know about your travel
plans?

Do you know if the claimant against your personal liability insurance
policy was playing racket ball this morning, before he or she showed
up for the deposition in a wheelchair this afternoon?


Do you have a loved one who was recently released from a
correctional institution or is on some form of probation or community
control? Are they REALLY in compliance of all court ordered
guidelines?

Do you REALLY know how your sales or service people treat your
customers or clients?

Did your firm REALLY do everything you could do to get the
defendant or respondent served?

Does your ex-spouse use alcohol or narcotics before they pick-up
your children for visitation? Is he or she using when they are driving
your children in the car?

Do you know why your dog or cat, seems "different" when he or she
comes home from the groomer or boarding kennel?

Do you know WHO your teenager is really hanging out with? Do you
know WHERE they are hanging out?

Do you have a loved one who is a recovering alcoholic or drug user?
Are they REALLY going to all the meetings or classes?

Do you have more in common with your spouses EX, than you think?

Do you wish you could show your Best Friend the proof, that they ARE
too trusting?

These are an example of the kind of questions that no "program,
database, or net-detective" can answer but...


These are just a few of the questions we get answers to everyday. In
a courtroom, arbitration, hearing, or mediation, these answers can
make the difference. Providing justice, monetary relief and
satisfaction. In the case of a stalker or other threats of violence, it
can mean the difference between life and death.

And sometimes it's about piece of mind and knowing, that at the "End
of the Day"...

Below are a few photos from domestic
investigations conducted by our firm. They are
actual surveillance photographs captured
during the course of infidelity and other domestic
investigations.

The women in the photos below is on a pay
phone at the airport. She is the subject of our
surveillance. The call she is making is to her
husband, our client. She told her husband she
was traveling alone. (TRUE)

She tells our client, her husband that she has
arrived safely. (Also TRUE)

DOMESTIC SERVICES

Surveillance: We will work with you, your Attorney, Accountant, Psychologist,
Therapist, Family Counselor, Physician, Clergyman, or family friend to prove or
dis-prove your suspicions.
With your input and that of any of the other professionals that may be working on
your behalf, we can be effective,  affordable and above all, safe for all concerned. If
there are juveniles or very young children involved this can be critical. We know
that this is probably an emotional time for you, and not likely to have ever
happened before. On the other hand, we are not emotionally involved and this
happens to us everyday. Finally, we may be able to prove to you that while your
suspicions are reasonable... they are unfounded.

For example: We had a client from out of state several years ago, an Attorney, who
was very intuitive. His client reported to him that her husband is an Airline Pilot. He
is due to retire within the next two years, he has frequent lay-overs in the same city
and nearly one hundred and fifty thousand dollars has been removed from their
joint accounts in the past year alone (the forensic accountant was still working on
previous years) and she wanted to protect herself. She thought her husband had
been deceiving her possibly for years! And after a brief surveillance and a little
records checking locally, we found out she was right! Her husband had been a liar.
Now the only problem we had, both us and her Attorney was... How were WE going
to lie to her too?

You see, her husband had been spending long hours away and a great deal of
money. But surprising your wife of 30 years with a Dream Home, that you built with
your own two hands, can be time consuming and costly. Now the job for all of us
was, a)keeping him from knowing she didn't trust him. b)avoiding ruining a surprise
he worked so hard to deliver on her birthday. We were able to do both.

Thank you for your patience, it's a story I love to tell, because it doesn't happen
very often. Unfortunately, most of the time our clients suspicions are true. Even
when true, result's vary. Sometimes when client's are 100% correct, they still may
have misjudged the cause of the behavior. Long periods away from home and
missing money may indicate infidelity, but it also may be a gambling problem. The
bottom line here is that no decision about something so important should be made
until it is an informed decision.

Surveillance can take many forms and we employ many methods of securing the
information to bring closure to the investigation. These methods will be discussed
at length during the client interview. We believe that a public website is not the
appropriate forum to be specific, in regards to our methods and procedures.
We also suggest the need for surveillance on a pre-nuptial basis, just to make sure
that everything is truly "as it appears".

What she does not tell our client, her husband
is that she is not staying. After hanging up the
phone she heads right back towards the
departure gates, which I must admit took even
us by surprise! The reason we were retained on
this case was do to the fact that this couple, our
client and his wife, were attempting to repair
their marriage through counseling and
reconciliation. It seems that she had been
unfaithful for some time. She admitted this to
our client during counseling. But did promise
him it was over between her and her lover. She
is an executive with a large corporation, as is
her lover. They both are employed by the same
corporation. Our client works elsewhere. The
man she is having the extramarital affair with
works with her every day, so it must be very
difficult. The lover has just come off of another
business trip, this women knows exactly were
he would be...she is his boss. That's why she
chose this airport, because he was connecting
to another flight, and meeting her. As can be
seen in this final frame, they are rushing down
the concourse to catch a flight to Las Vegas for
the weekend. We almost did not catch-up to
them to get this incriminating photo. It may
not look like much to you... but to her husband
it looked like plenty. We had an associate in
Las Vegas meet the plane and continue
surveillance throughout the weekend. They
were divorced a short time later. As was her
lover...Yes, he was married too.

The next series of photos do not need much of
a narrative. And I have to admit, you don't have
to be Sherlock Holmes to catch these two.
Although we did gear up for this investigation.
These two were also both married...not to each
other. The interesting thing is that our client's
our also both married... not to each other. They
are the Husband and Wife of the two subjects
in these photos. That's right, her husband and
his wife retained us together, another first.
The two couples were friends, intimate friends,
I guess. They had already caught them before.
As a matter of fact the subjects in these photos
had caught the private investigators that were
hired to catch them the first time. They must
have thought distance would conceal their  
weekend together. This surveillance began in a
seaside town in Northwest Oregon. We
followed these subjects several hundred miles
to Vancouver, British Columbia.  These images
were taken shortly after our arrival in Canada.
In our business it just doesn't get any better
then this.   

We followed these to love birds from Seattle, WA to Honolulu, Hawaii, where we took this series of images in
the outdoor café of the Hilton Hawaiian Village. While the case was a simple somewhat run of the mill infidelity
case for us (never so for our clients, and we always try to be sensitive to that) it was memorable because we shot
these photos on the first morning of the first day at breakfast. At which time our client, after hearing our report
via telephone later that morning, the case was over.
With our client very satisfied with the quick results, it left us in a dilemma. There are worse places to be stuck
for a week. Christine has relatives living in the Islands. So we stayed
in Honolulu...for a year. Actually we opened an office in Honolulu and traveled back and forth between Seattle,
Las Vegas and Honolulu. If you can handle a steady diet of un-happy marriages and cheating spouses with a few
child custody battles, noncustodial parental abductions of small children with the occasional stalker thrown in
for good measure,
then you've got it made because there's never a shortage of work for us to do. (Honolulu, Hawaii 1993)   

Subjects on the way to breakfast, the obscured portion of the shot on the right side of the frame in
the two photos above is not an accident. Thats Christine in the extreme foreground. Many times we
are all but invisible to our targets, because we are a couple. Allowing the targets to come towards
you, you can be fairly close. The person in the foreground either points to a spot (inadvertently in
the direction of the target of course) or pretends to pose for you in front of the target, and the photo
is snapped. The target cannot tell that you are focusing past your subject and on to them. I'm not
really giving much away here, these are the ABC's of close surveillance.      

In this final photo the subjects can be seen
hurrying back out of the hotel they had just
checked into. It seems they just received phone
calls from their respective spouses, our clients.
They are inside the yellow reticle in the center
of the frame. Note: The reason the taxi cab
markings have been obscured, is due to the fact
that both the passenger and taxi driver work
for us. They are investigators and the taxi is a
surveillance vehicle. These Canadian
colleagues of ours were very inventive in their
methods and quite skilled in the art of
surveillance. (Vancouver, British Columbia
